Companies That Sell In China

The People’s Republic of China requires all cosmetic companies, foreign or domestic, to have their products tested on animals before they can legally sell them in the Chinese market. Companies hand over their products to the Chinese government where the testing is conducted by Chinese labs. The companies do not test the product themselves.

This mandatory animal testing policy does not apply to Hong Kong nor does it apply to companies who ship their products from outside of China to customers in China.

Here is a list of companies that I know who sell their products in China and are therefore not cruelty-free. I do not guarantee that this list contains all cosmetic companies that sell in China.
